Personalization
Yes, engraving on our wedding bands is completely free.
Yes, we can personalize the engraving on some pieces. The engraving cost will depend on the design and size. To request a custom engraving, contact us, and we will provide a quote along with a payment link.
Size Guide
If you don’t know your size, we recommend visiting our Size Guide or consulting a jeweler for accurate measurements. You can also reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in choosing the right size.
Shipping and Delivery
- Production time: 5-6 business days.
- Shipping and delivery: 8-10 business days (including production and shipping).
- During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended by up to 5 additional business days due to high demand in shipping services.
Yes, we ship internationally. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Import taxes are not included in the price and may be charged by customs upon arrival in the destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at the following links:

Returns and Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Please read our Return Policy.
If you receive a product with any defects, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order by requesting a return through www.hildadiego.com/account, and we will get in touch. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@hildadiego.com, including:
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the defective product.
- Your order number.
We will evaluate your case and, if applicable, offer a free replacement or repair.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases when a defective product cannot be replaced or repaired.
Refunds do not apply to damages caused by improper use or normal wear and tear of the jewelry.
Jewelry Care and Maintenance
Gold and silver require periodic cleaning to maintain their shine. We recommend:
- Using a special jewelry polishing cloth, gently rubbing the entire piece.
- Rinsing with warm water and drying with a soft cloth.
- Avoiding contact with chlorine, bleach, perfumes, sweat, and chemicals, as they accelerate tarnishing.
For silver, you can use our HILDA&DIEGO Silver Cleaner, specifically designed to restore its shine without damage.
Yes! We offer a free annual cleaning service called "Brillo Continuo", where you can send your piece once within the first year of purchase to be professionally cleaned and restored to its maximum shine.
- This service is completely free, but customers must cover shipping costs.
- To request this service, contact us at hello@hildadiego.com, and we will provide details on the process.
- This service is limited to one use per year. If you need additional maintenance, we can provide a quote along with a payment link.
- Store each piece separately in a jewelry box or in the HILDA&DIEGO pouch included with your purchase.
- Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
- Do not store jewelry in contact with wood, as some acids can damage silver and gold.
